BCC was engaged to deliver refurbishment works at the PARLIAMENTARY ELECTORATE OFFICE IN Ocean Keys SHOPPING PRECINCT, upgrading the existing tenancy to support its ongoing use as a functional and welcoming workplace.

The works included a series of targeted internal upgrades and modifications, with BCC coordinating trades, site requirements and project delivery within an operational commercial environment. The focus was on completing the works efficiently, maintaining a high standard of presentation and minimising disruption throughout the programme.

From site establishment through to completion and handover, BCC managed the works in a safe and coordinated manner, delivering a refreshed space suited to the day-to-day needs of the parliamentary office.
