Our story began with a shared vision between Ballardong, a 100% Aboriginal-owned organisation with strong roots in regional Western Australia, and CDI WA, one of Perth’s most respected and experienced construction and fitout companies. Together, we formed BCC—a joint venture built not just to deliver outstanding project outcomes, but to uplift and empower the communities we work within.

Our team combines deep cultural knowledge with industry-leading expertise to deliver full-service construction, fitout, and maintenance solutions across the state. Guided by industry best practice, BCC is certified to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and accredited under the Federal Safety Commissioner’s WHS Accreditation Scheme. FSC accreditation recognises builders that demonstrate robust safety management systems, strong on-site implementation and the capability to effectively manage construction hazards and high-risk activities.
Across every project, regardless of size, location or scope, we maintain rigorous safety standards. But for us, safety goes beyond compliance — it’s about care. We take the time to listen, educate and support our team to ensure every person feels confident, protected and valued.
