Our story began with a shared vision between Ballardong, a 100% Aboriginal-owned organisation with strong roots in regional Western Australia, and CDI WA, one of Perth’s most respected and experienced construction and fitout companies. Together, we formed BCC—a joint venture built not just to deliver outstanding project outcomes, but to uplift and empower the communities we work within.

At BCC, we believe construction is more than building structures—it’s about building futures. Our team combines deep cultural knowledge with industry-leading expertise to deliver full-service construction, fitout, and maintenance solutions across the state.
