At HBF Park, BCC revitalised a commercial food and beverage outlet into a modern, high-performance catering facility, right in the heart of one of Perth’s busiest live entertainment venues.

Working within an active stadium environment, our team meticulously planned works around the event calendar to ensure safety and continuity. The project involved full demolition, removal of redundant services, and the reconnection of new infrastructure to suit the revised layout.

We constructed new internal ceilings, walls, and subfloors, installed custom cabinetry, and fitted window reveals to enhance the new servery. Extensive flooring preparation and installation brought cohesion to the space, which was then equipped with state-of-the-art catering equipment—commissioned and handed over with staff training to ensure immediate operational readiness.

With detailed coordination alongside VenuesWest and key event stakeholders, we delivered comprehensive hydraulic, electrical, fire, and mechanical upgrades, all while maintaining uninterrupted pedestrian access and stadium operations.
