BCC was engaged by the Department of Transport to deliver a series of minor modification works at its Success branch—marking a key milestone as the company’s first awarded project.

With specified items subject to long lead times, BCC worked closely with the Department of Finance project team and MKDC to ensure all trades were ready to mobilise the moment approvals were granted. To minimise disruption, works were carried out across four consecutive weekends, from Friday afternoons through to Monday mornings. Each week, the branch was made clean, safe, and fully operational by Monday’s opening, ensuring zero impact on staff or customer services. A formal handover was completed each Monday to confirm all works met safety, functionality, and presentation standards.

To protect existing finishes, full protection was installed, removed, and reinstated each weekend. The project was completed to a high standard, with management approval and no complaints from DoT staff—a strong start and proud achievement for BCC.
