BCC is currently delivering a full construction refurbishment for the Department of Communities at its Mirrabooka facility, transforming the workspace to support improved service delivery and a more functional environment.

The project involves comprehensive internal upgrades, including demolition, reconfiguration of office zones, new partitioning, ceilings, flooring, and finishes. Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems are being upgraded to meet current standards and accommodate the revised layout.
