BCC was engaged to deliver a package of minor refurbishment works at the DEMIRS facility, aimed at enhancing functionality, privacy, and aesthetics across multiple office zones with minimal disruption to operations.

The scope included the careful demolition and removal of existing joinery across the reception area, locker room, meeting room, and focus booths. These works were followed by meticulous make-good of affected walls and finishes, restoring all areas to a polished and professional standard.

A new reception desk was installed—complete with a duress alarm, integrated monitor, iPad, and power/data reconnections—providing a modern and secure point of arrival. Upgrades in Meeting Room 04 included a new double GPO, wall repairs, and fresh paint throughout.

Additional enhancements included new curtains, freshly painted walls, and carpet rectification in the reception and locker room areas. Throughout the project, BCC ensured all trades were well coordinated, delivering a clean and efficient result. A final detailed clean was carried out before handover, ensuring the refreshed spaces were ready for immediate use.
